Safety Certifications

Wyvern Wingman

Ace Aviation Services is proud to be one of just 85 private jet charter operators in the United States accepted into the Wyvern Wingman Alliance, a prestigious network of elite charter providers committed to the highest standards of safety and operational excellence.

As a Wyvern Wingman Alliance member, Ace Aviation Services has met enhanced safety benchmarks that go far beyond standard FAA requirements. For example, our aircrews are required to have nearly four times the flight experience mandated by the FAA. All flight crews also complete rigorous annual simulator training, which exceeds regulatory expectations.

Our aircraft, verified through Wyvern’s Double-checked™ program, also adhere to elevated standards. Unlike FAA regulations, Wyvern requires manufacturer-certified training for maintenance technicians. In addition, every maintenance department or service provider must implement a formal safety program, including a dedicated safety committee, with annual audits to ensure compliance. Fewer than 700 aircraft worldwide currently meet these advanced safety criteria.

Wyvern continues to recognize Ace Aviation Services as a trusted and safe provider of private jet travel. Our Wingman certification is active and valid through December 31, 2025.

Wyvern Level 4 SMS Certificate

Ace Aviation Services has achieved Level 4 Safety Management System (SMS) performance, signifying that all four components of our SMS are fully implemented and operating effectively. This milestone reflects not only our compliance with international aviation standards but also our ongoing commitment to professional risk management and safety excellence.

A Safety Management System enables operators to take a structured, proactive approach to managing risk. Through hazard identification, data collection, analysis, risk assessment, and mitigation, an effective SMS helps reduce threats before they lead to incidents or accidents. It promotes continuous safety improvements across all levels of flight operations.

Reaching Level 4 confirms that Ace Aviation Services has a mature and fully functional SMS in place. This level of performance enhances operational efficiency while fostering collaboration across departments and stakeholders within the aviation ecosystem.

Maintaining Level 4 SMS status demonstrates our deep commitment to excellence and safety. Our Wyvern Wingman Level 4 SMS certification has been renewed and remains active through January 31, 2026.
